Deployment model
Your server, your license, your PSP. We provision the software to a box you control and stay the technology provider — never the money custodian (decision: secrets live on your box, never on our control plane).
From four inputs to live
- Provision — IP, SSH key, operator id and a pinned release. The deployer runs preflight → hardening → install → registration on a checkpoint machine you can watch.
- Secrets on the box — PSP and telco keys are entered on a box-local secure form. They never transit our control plane.
- Integrate + smoke — provider launch + callbacks, a synthetic player end-to-end, a backup restored to a scratch container (the restore is the test).
- Go live — an explicit, audited action, gated until the compliance checkpoints are green. Updates and rollbacks run through a node agent on your maintenance window.
Minimum server: 2 vCPU / 4 GB / 40 GB SSD, Ubuntu LTS, ports 80+443. No managed database, no Kubernetes — one box, one operator, your data residency.
